  • 24 pieces Oreos Crushed into fine crumbs for the crust.
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter Melted.

For the filling

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar For sweetening the whipped cream.
  • 8 ounces cream cheese Softened for easy mixing.
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter For flavor.
  • ½ cup powdered sugar For the filling.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For topping

  • Chopped peanuts For garnish.

Preparation of the crust

  • Crush the Oreos in a bowl and mix them with melted butter.
  • Press this mixture firmly into a greased pie plate.
  • Refrigerate the crust for 30 minutes.

Making the filling

  • While the crust is chilling, whip the whipping cream and powdered sugar together until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the creamy peanut butter, remaining powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well until everything is combined.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.

Assembly

  • Spoon the filling into the chilled crust.
  • Top with chopped peanuts and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
  • Chill the pie for at least 2 hours before serving.
