Pasta

  • 8 oz linguine Use according to package instructions.

Sauce Base

  • 2 tablespoons butter Melt in a skillet.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Chicken

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced Cook until browned and tender.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Sauce Finish

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream Can substitute with half-and-half or coconut cream.
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped For garnish.

Preparation

  • Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Cooking

  • Add minced garlic and paprika, cooking until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Toss the cooked linguine in the skillet with the sauce, mixing until well coated.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve warm with a side salad or garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat pasta with a splash of chicken broth.
