How To Make Holiday Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- baby bella mushrooms (or white button mushrooms)
- cream cheese (softened)
- Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- garlic cloves (minced)
- Italian breadcrumbs
- fresh parsley (chopped)
- olive oil
- sea salt (or kosher salt)
- ground black pepper
Garnish Decoration:
- sprigs of fresh parsley for garnish
- sprigs of fresh rosemary for garnish
- or grated Parmesan cheese
Prepare The Mushrooms
- Clean mushrooms: Gently wipe with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt.
- Remove stems and set caps aside on a baking sheet.
- Finely chop mushroom stems for the filling.
Assemble The Stuffed Mushrooms
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped mushroom stems, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the filling until well combined with a spatula or spoon, creating a creamy texture.
